NICKELODEON '90s Month on UNFILTERED
Here on Hardway HQ, we are always trying to work on different content to bring eyes to all of what we do. And after taking a couple of weeks off due to a myriad of reasons, we’ve decided to come back in May with a bang.
Every Sunday in the month of May, beginning May 2, UNFILTERED, my video and audio podcast, will be introducing “Nickelodeon ‘90s” Month.
When I was a kid, there was nothing better to watch on television than Nickelodeon. The “first network for kids” was the complete total package. It had an identity, innovation, and creativity. Especially in the 1990s, Nick helped kids utilize their imagination and creativity. I always had Nickelodeon on, watching either Nicktoons, SNICK, Nick in the Afternoon, any of the live action game shows, and any specials that would air.
Nickelodeon helped inspire a generation in the 1990s. It made my creativity soar so much that one time, I even attempted to dig a hole out of my backyard behind my garage to run away like Little Pete from the Adventures of Pete and Pete. (It failed and I got in trouble.)
UNFILTERED in May 2020 will look like this:
May 2: Stick Stickly
May 9: SNICK
May 16: Nicktoons
May 23: Nickelodeon Studios
May 30: The Nick Revolution
I hope you tune in. If you don’t, you’ll be slimed.
Jon Harder
