LOCKE VS FELIPE IN MATCH 2 OF THE DARK ARTS CHALLENGE SERIES FOR PWM 3/21/26

By many people’s standards, Troy Locke might be the most underrated Junior Heavyweight in independent wrestling.

With his throwback mullet hairstyle, gothic style vibe, and ability to stretch and throw people similar to “the Human Suplex Machine” Taz, many people, especially in Pro Wrestling Magic, see “the Plexorcist” as a dangerous man.

So much so that when Magic management, mainly co-General Manager Shane Fair and co-owner Mateo Marcelos (ironically the PWM Dark Arts Champion as well), learned of Locke’s intentions of wanting the Dark Arts Championship, they decided something different for the young upstart. Instead of granting him a title opportunity, they decided to test Locke’s merit by instituting the Dark Arts Challenge Series.

All Troy would have to do would be to win two of the three matches in the series to gain himself a guaranteed Dark Arts Championship match.

The series began at Kingdom Come X on December 20, 2025 at the Meadowlands YMCA in East Rutherford, NJ. In a catch-as-catch-can classic against his mentor and trainer Cheeseburger, the Worldwide Dojo graduate picked up the victory, going 1-0.

Now, after traveling the United States for a few months, gaining more experience and toughness, “the Plexorcist” enters Match 2 of the Dark Arts Challenge Series against a multi-faceted and double tough Trey Felipe at Whiskey In The Jar on March 21, 2026 at the Meadowlands YMCA.

“The Freshlete” has not been seen in Pro Wrestling Magic since his heartbreaking loss in the Fatal Four Way for the Heavyweight Championship to Azrieal in the Kingdom Come X main event. Now, Felipe intends to break the heart of Locke and put his back against the wall in the Dark Arts Challenge Series on the 21st.

Can Troy Locke make it a clean sweep at Whiskey In The Jar and earn himself a shot at the PWM Dark Arts Championship? Or will Trey Felipe play the role of “spoiler” and make Locke’s journey that much tougher?

Watch either live at the Meadowlands YMCA on March 21, 2026 or for free on the Pro Wrestling Magic YouTube channel. This match will be fantastic, no hype needed.
