JUSTIN CORINO STARING DOWN A GARDEN STATE 6 WAY SCRAMBLE AT WRESTLEPRO 5/31

Justin Corino’s long odyssey to the WrestlePro Garden State Championship finally ended when he defeated El Magnifico, thanks to a pre-match assistance by J-Heru, at WrestlePro X on April 4, 2026 in the legendary Rahway Rec Center in Rahway, NJ.
However, the cagey veteran will be hit immediately with a very tough test heading to him at Better Than You on May 31, 2026 in Rahway, as he will be defending his gold in a human demolition derby.
Justin Corino will be defending his WrestlePro Garden State Title against former champion El Magnifico, TJ Crawford, GKM, Leo Sparrow, and the legendary JAY LETHAL!
The masked Magnifico knows that if he was at 100% on April 4, he would still be Garden State Champion. Now, with four other men in his way, he knows that the gold will be tougher to grasp, but more glorious to overcome the odds and regain.
TJ Crawford came within an eyelash of beating the wily Brian Myers at WrestlePro X. Now, the man with unlimited ability prepares to run roughshod over everyone to become the champion of New Jersey.
GKM is the sleeper pick of many in the independent wrestling pipeline. A part of the seemingly disbanded Ace of Space Academy, GKM is on his own and wanting to prove himself right, as the best junior heavyweight in WrestlePro. The Garden State Title would be icing on the cake.
“The Sun of the Sun” Leo Sparrow loves promoting his healthy lifestyle to the audience without a lot of respect. However, the man’s ability to compete has gotten him respect from his peers. Can he walk into the Rahway Rec Center on May 31 and walk out champion?
There is NO ONE that represents New Jersey independent wrestling more than Jay Lethal. A man who literally and legitimately built his career in the Rahway Rec Center, Lethal comes “home” to face five of the scrappiest competitors to come out of the great Garden State. His pedigree and wealth of experience might carry him over to victory.
So much is happening on May 31. However, this match might very well be the show-stealer. Come to the Rahway Rec Center and support these six. The question will be answered: can the long journey of Justin Corino come to a short end?
Not on his watch.
