DOUBLE CHAMPION? DOUBLE DUTY FOR "THE GOOD GUY" AT HARDWIRED

After retaining the Pro Wrestling Magic Heavyweight Championship and regaining the Dark Arts Championship from Mateo Marcelos within the unique structure of the “Astral Plane” match on May 15, “the Good Guy” Azrieal found himself immediately in a double title defense at St. Anger the next night.
Justin Vayne instantly fell victim to an exhausted, but very game Azrieal in the opening contest to successfully defend both belts. Azrieal’s physical toll was tested, but he didn’t break.
On June 20th at Hardwired inside the Meadowlands YMCA in East Rutherford, NJ, “the Good Guy” is going to be tested physically and mentally all over again.
First, Azrieal will be defending the Pro Wrestling Magic Dark Arts Championship in a triple-threat match, under the illustrious Dark Arts rules, against Smiley and “the Plexorcist” Troy Locke.
Azrieal and Smiley have a long illustrious history with each other inside the Magic Kingdom. In fact, it was in January at For Whom The Bell Tolls where Azrieal defeated Smiley in his first defense as PWM Heavyweight Champion. Meanwhile, Locke won the Dark Arts Challenge Series 2-1 and has earned himself this guaranteed shot at the gold.
Win or lose, Azrieal will have little time to rest, as in the main event, he will be defending the PWM Heavyweight Championship against “Dr. Sleep” Anthony Gangone!
According to my records, “the Good Guy” and Gangone have had two singles matches together inside of American Championship Entertainment. Azrieal won the first encounter on January 9, 2016, and Gangone won the second battle nearly six years to the day on January 15, 2022.
Even if he was going to be at full capacity, Azrieal will have to watch out for the innovative and catch-as-catch-can style of “Dr. Sleep”. Gangone has the mandible claw to go at will. “The Good Guy” needs to just survive.
Be there on June 20 at the Meadowlands YMCA. You will see history. Will Azrieal retain both Pro Wrestling Magic titles, one of them, or NONE? The greatest New Jersey independent wrestler ever is going to bring it all at Hardwired. This is a night you can’t miss.
