RYLIE O'NEAL LOOKING TO SHOWCASE "EXCELLENCE" AT T.H.E. 8/9

With Time Honored Excellence Pro Wrestling launching on August 9, 2025 in Carlisle, PA at the state-of-the-art Carlisle Expo Center, there is a plethora of new talent looking to make an impact.
One of those men is Rylie O’Neal.
“Above All” is a three-year pro based out of Falmouth, MA. One-half of the tag team known as the Collective, O’Neal has been grinding and working his tail off, looking to take his career to the next level.
The master of his Cape Hook Lariat, O’Neal caught the eye of T.H.E. management, thanks to his work with Top Rope Pro. Brutal Bob Evans, one-half of Tough Guy Inc and a living legend in the New England independent scene, has noticed the grind, talent, and passion that Rylie and, thanks to his hard work, has been given a golden opportunity on August 9.
His opponent will be against Jake Omen, a man who personifies the term “independent”. A world-traveler, Omen brings experience and grit and is battle-tested for war in-between the ropes.
For “All Above”, he is going to need to summon as much fight and intestinal fortitude as he can to overcome the never-ending onslaught of Omen.
But, if anyone can rise above, it will be Riley O’Neal.
