BRUTAL BOB GOING FOR VIPW GOLD IN BRITISH COLUMBIA ON 5-22

Brutal Bob Evans is one of my all-time favorites inside or outside of the ring. Truly a beacon of hope and one of independent wrestling’s greatest gems.

Now, on an international West Coast excursion next week, demonstrating his teachings and guidance on the proper way on how to be a proper professional, the independent legend crosses over the Canadian border to British Columbia on May 22 and goes to Vancouver Island Pro Wrestling in Victoria at the Centennial United Church.

Brutal Bob gets a shot at the VIPW Heavyweight Championship against a very evil entity in Cremator Von Smasher, with his manager Anarchy the Creator at ringside.

From my sources in the independent wrestling pipeline, Cremator is a very destructive individual, controlling the VIPW with his bare hands. He is as dominant as Bryant “Big Country” Reeves on the court as a member of the Vancouver Grizzlies from 1995 to 2001. He might damn well be unstoppable.

On the flip side, Bob has a wealth of experience and the tricks of the trade in his back pocket. He has forgotten more than the majority of wrestlers know. If Bob has a shot of winning the VIPW Heavyweight Title, he needs to be intrusive, yet elusive.

Also, Bob is also not a novice at winning championships in Canada. He actually won the JCW Lutte Tag Team Titles a few years ago alongside his partner Tough Tim Hughes.

This match is an intriguing encounter. Can Bob pull out one more championship at the hands of a monster? Or will Cremator “von Smash” his way to another successful defense.

Don’t count out Brutal Bob.
